摘要
中国造船工业的发展及国内石油天然气能源输送管道建设需要大量高等级厚板,为满足上述需求,宝钢建设了5 m厚板轧机。该轧机采用了高性能设备参数,采用计算机控制,一期建设一架精轧机,设计年产量140万t,于2005年3月1日开始试生产,目前月产量达12万t。文章概要介绍该厚板轧机平面布置、生产工艺,并论述了所采用的高精度轧制厚度控制技术、平面形状控制技术、板型控制技术等新技术,及试生产实绩。
With development of the ship building industry and construction of the oil and natural gas long-dis- tance transportation line in China, a large amount of high-grade heavy plate is needed in the domestic market. Baosteel made a decision to build the 5m heavy plate mill in order to meet this demand, The mill for heavy plates has adopted advanced facility parameters and is controlled by a computer system. In the first construction phase, a finishing mill stand was set up, and the annual capacity was 1,4 million tons. The mill was put into operation on March 1, 2005 ,and now its monthly capacity has reached 120 thousand tons, The mill's layout and production process are introduced, Rolling technologies with high precision are discussed in detail, They include thickness control, plan view pattern control, plate form control, etc. , and finally the commissioning result is given in this paper.
