摘要
在资助高校贫困生的过程中,已经出现侵犯贫困生隐私权的问题。高校贫困生的隐私权与资助人知情权在理论和现实中不可避免地存在冲突。因此,我们必须寻找一条合理的路径应对这种冲突,即采取某些相应措施达到既保障贫困生的隐私权,又能更好地实现对贫困生的资助。
In the process of subsidizing the poor students of university, there are some problems upon infringing the poor sindents＇ right of privacy. Subsidizers＇ right to know limit the poor students＇ right of privacy. May take some measures to achieve protecting the poor students＇ right of privacy , in the same time also can realize to their subsidization.
