摘要
WTO是一个有关贸易的全球性组织,WTO以其完备的法律框架体系而著称,除了争端解决机制以外,司法审查制度也是WTO框架中很重要的内容。我国加入WTO以后,国内的行政诉讼制度受到了WTO规则的挑战,针对WTO对我国的影响,政府各部门及法学界应该积极行动起来,积极推进我国法治进程,推动我国司法审查制度与国际的接轨。
The WTO is a global organization of trade, which is well - known for its complete legal framework system. The judicial examination system is an important content within the framework of the WTO. After China＇ s access to the WTO, the administrative proceedings system has been challenged by the WTO rules. In view of the influence of judicial examination system over China, the government and the law academic circle should go into action immediately, push forward the course of rule by law and enhance the judicial examination system to be in line with the international practice.
