缺氧并新生儿黄疸行为神经及运动功能的观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨缺氧并新生儿黄疸对其行为神经及运动功能的影响。方法将住院的80例高危新生儿分为3组,即缺氧并黄疸组28例,单纯黄疸组25例及单纯重度缺氧组27例,均采用新生儿20项行为神经评分法(NBNA)测试,并对3组生后3个月随访观察运动功能情况。结果缺氧并黄疸组NBNA总分及NBNA评分项目中的行为能力、主动肌张力明显高于单纯重度缺氧组,P<0.01,有显著性差异,与单纯黄疸组比较,P>0.01,无明显差异;生后3个月时的运动功能情况缺氧并黄疸组明显好于单纯重度缺氧组,P<0.01,有显著性差异,与单纯黄疸组比较,P>0.01,无明显差异。结论缺氧越重,NBNA评分及运动功能越差;缺氧合并黄疸可减轻缺氧对大脑损害程度,提高NBNA评分及运动功能。 Objective To study and motor function in neonates. Methods the effects of hypoxia jaundice 80 cases of high risk newborns on behavioral neurological are divided into 3 groups, among which 28 cases of neonates with hypoxia jaundice, 25 cases of neonates with simplex jaundice, and 27 cases of neonates with acute hypoxia. We performed Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA) in different groups. The situation of motor function is followed up and observed for 3 months. Results The behavioral ability of group of neonates with hypoxia jaundice has significant difference compared with the second group( P 〈0. 01 ) ; and it has no significant difference compared with the group of neonates with acute hypoxia ( P 〉 0. 01 ). The situation of motor function is much better than that of group of neonates with acute hypoxia( P 〈0. 01 ) ; it has no significant difference compared with group of neonates simplex jaundice. Conclusion The more serious anoxia is, the worse NBNA and motor function is. Anoxia and jaundice can ease the damage degree on cerebrum.
