摘要
目的分析Balo病同心圆硬化的MR I表现、临床特点、发病机制。方法总结回顾5例Balo病同心圆硬化的MR I表现及临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果5例MR I上均表现为脑实质多发病灶,病变主要累及双侧大脑白质,3例呈典型同心圆性改变,T1加权像上呈等、低信号交替环,T2加权像上呈高、更高信号交替环;增强扫描等信号环强化。结论Balo病临床表现多样。MR I表现具有特征性同心圆性改变,是目前Balo病生前最可靠的诊断法。
Objective To analyze MRI fanding ,the clinical feature and mechanism of Balo＇s concentric sclerosis. Methods 5 cases of Balo＇s concentric sclerosis were investigated retrospectively and associated literature was reviewed. Results MRI showed multiple ring - like lesions within brains in 5 cases. The deep white matters of cerebrum were involved in all patients. Typical concentric sclerosis lesions in 3 cases and demonstrated alternate middle and low signal rings on TIWI, high and higher signal rings on T2WI. The middle singal rings enhanced on post - contranst imagings. Conclusion There was a variety of symptoms in Balo＇s concentric sclerosis. Balo＇s concentric sclerosis has characterstic finding on MRI. MRI is a very reliable diagnostic method for this case.
