摘要
目的 观察波依定在高血压治疗中的达标率.方法 选取60例高血压患者,给予波依定5～10mg/d,疗程10周.结果 血压平均从（166.2±14.9）/（99.5±11.2）mm Hg降到（132.4±8.8）/（78.4±7.2）mm Hg,10周降压达标率达85.0%,治疗过程中未发现任何严重不良反应.结论 波依定治疗原发性高血压,具有高效、安全、病人依从性好的优点.
Objective To observe the control rates for blood pressure of felodipine sustained release tablets in hypertensive patients. Methods 60 cases were recruited, the patients were administered 5mg - 10mg/day for 10 weeks. Results Mean blood pressure were found to be significantly lowered from （166.2 ± 14.9）/（99.5 ± 11.2）mm Hg to （132.4 ±8.8）/（78.4 ±7.2）mm Hg. The control rates for blood pressure at the 10th week were 85.0%. No serious side effect was found during the course of the treatment. Conclusion Felodipine sustained release tablets 5mg - 10mg/day is effective, safe and better compliance in patients with primary hypertension.
