摘要
用不含K、Na的无机盐或天然矿物,含胺基(-NH_2)或羟基(-OH)的有机物配制出一种低碱水泥速凝剂,可使硅酸盐水泥在 W/C=0.4,12℃条件下初凝时间由396min缩短至1~5min,终凝10~18min.水泥1天抗压提高(145—186)%, 28天强度损失(33~126)% 用水化热、结合水量、XRD等手段研究了速凝剂的促凝作用机理.
A Low-alkali cement rapid setting admixture was prepareed by usinginorganic salt without K, Na or natural ore and organic matter with-NH2 or -OH in it. Under the conditions of W/C = 0.40 and 12, the rapid setting admixture can decrease the initial setting time from 396 min to 1 ~ 5 min and the final setting time is 10~ 18 min. The compressive strength at 1 day increases (1 45~1 86)%. The loss of the compressive strength at 28 days is (3.3- 1 2.6) %. The accelerating mechanism of this cement rapid setting admixture is studied by means of hydration heat, bonded water, XRD and etc.
