摘要
本文对耐磨涂层的抗磨损试验原理及试验方法进行了简要说明,对西北矿冶研究院研制生产的新型聚合物耐磨材料、VS系列耐磨涂料及美国Belzona公司的耐磨涂料等进行了抗磨损对比,试验结果表明,新型聚合物耐磨材料的耐磨性能明显高于其他涂层材料,并具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces theory and method of the equipment of antl-wear trial. The comparison experiment on wear properties of different coating materials, including the new polymer wear-resistant coating, the VS series wear-resistant coating produced by NWIMM, and the BeLzona 1311 produced by BeLzona Polymerics Ltd. The test shows: the new polymer wear-resistant coating possess superior properties in erosion-resistance than other coating. Moreover, it has a bright prospect of being applied.
