摘要
通过神木煤的红外光谱谱图解析,对现有的添加剂进行筛选和高分子交联改性,发现经过高分子交联后的添加剂对神木煤在水中的分散降粘效果以及煤浆稳定性均比单纯的阴离子表面活性剂要好很多,进一步通过所制得的煤浆ζ电位测定,分析了该添加剂的作用机理。
By analyzing the IR spectrogram of Shenmu coal and polymer modification of the additives used in common, We finded the viscosity decrease proper to and stability of the coal-water mixture when added polymer crosslinking modified additives were better than anion surfactants, Then by determining the ζpotential of the coal-water mixture , we analyzeed the effect mechanism of the additive.
