摘要
固体粉料在漆基中的润湿与分散是涂料制造的重要过程,直接关系到漆膜的各项性能。为了揭示粉料在聚氨酯涂料中的分布特征及其对漆膜抗发白行为的影响规律,本文研究了粉料在润湿与分散过程中的微观物理形态、以及粉料在漆膜表层与不同厚度处的分布特征,分析了粉料用量及其分散均匀性对漆膜发白现象的影响,初步探讨了粉料影响漆膜发白行为的内在机理。
As a very important process in paint production, wetting and dispersing of solid powder in binder are tightly in correlation with various properties of paint film. In order to investigate dispersing characteristic of solid powder in polyurethane coatings and its effect on film blushing, this article has described the microcosmic physical configuration of solid powder in the process of wetting and dispersing, and distributing feature of solid powder on the top film or in film cross section. Furthermore, influence of dosage and dispersion of solid powder on film blushing is analyzed, and its intrinsic mechanism is preliminarily discussed.
