摘要
讨论利用ＧＰＳ建立地方独立坐标的基本原理和处理方法，定义了两种情况下的参考高斯坐标系，以此为纽带，建立地方独立坐标系与ＧＰＳ观测及国家坐标系之间的关系，实现独立坐标系与各坐标系之间的统一．
The foundamental principle and method to found local coordinate system by GPS survey is studied. The reference Gauss-krueger coordinate is given under two conditions. With the method the relationship between local coordinate system. world geodetic system and state coordinate system is able to be find out and unite with each others.
