介绍采用转炉、LF炉精炼、小方坯连铸机、高速线材轧机生产工艺试制ML08A l冷镦钢的过程。通过控制化学成分、LF炉精炼、全过程保护浇注和控制冷却等工艺措施,使盘条的化学成分稳定,冷顶锻性能优良。
To introduce the trial production process of MLO8A1 cold heading steel adopting the process of converter steelmaking, LF refining, billet continuous cast and high speed wire rod mill. The chemical composition of wire rod is stable and the cold heading property is good by taking such measures as controlling chemical composition, LF refining, whole course protection pouring and controlling cooling.
