摘要
硝唑尼特是一种新的广谱抗肠道寄生虫药。它是自苯丙咪唑类药问世30多年来值得注意的一个新发展。它的广谱活性对许多种类的原虫,特别如肠道孢子形成类原虫,以及许多常见的蠕虫,包括绦虫、线虫和吸虫均有特效。进一步的临床和基础研究将有利于使该药更有效地应用。
Nitazoxanide（NTX） is a novel broad-spectrum intestinal antiparasitic drug. It is a noteworthy development since the introduction of benzimidazole in more than 30 years. The spemrum of activity of NTZ is effective against a wide range of intestinal protozoa, especially intestinal spore-forming protozoa, and a lot of common helminths, including cestodes, trematodes, nemotodes. Further clinical and basic researches should be encouraged to validate the use of this drag.
