摘要
景宁县是浙江省第１批实施世行造林项目９个县中的１个，由于强化造林质量意识，严格管理机制，增强环保意识、增加营林工作的科技含量，严格财务管理、增强还贷意识，自１９９１年项目实施以来，全县共营造速丰林５７０２．８ｈｍ２，通过省厅质量抽查，工程质量均获良好工程以上。同时揭示了资金不足、部分林地选择不科学、还贷工作还没有很好落实等问题，提出了建立稳定领导机构、加强项目林的管抚、做好护林等巩固发展对策。
From 1991, 5 702. 8 hm 2 of quick-growing and high-yield forest were afforestated and passed the spot check by zhejiang Forestry Department. Some problems like stortage of investment, unsuitable selection of forestated stand etc. Countermeasures for development and consolidation were proposed like establishement of stable leading group, enhancing management and tending of the project forest etc.
