摘要
72头体重18 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交猪,按饲养试验要求随机分成3组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头,母猪与去势公猪各半。其中对照组饲喂玉米日粮,试验组1、2分别饲喂含0%和0.15%N SP酶的高次粉日粮。试验结果表明,次粉取代部分玉米,仔猪日增重和采食量均有所下降,但不显著(P>0.05),料重比提高了4.68%(P<0.05),每千克增重饲料成本降低了3.50%;仔猪肝脏相对重量降低了11.36%(P<0.05),胃、肠、胰的相对重量分别提高了10.81%(P<0.05)、8.26%(P<0.05)和5.88%(P<0.05),对心脏和肾脏无显著影响(P>0.05);对血钙、血磷、尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)无显著影响,血糖、总蛋白、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、生长激素(GH)、胰岛素分别下降了8.81%(P<0.05)、11.49%(P<0.05)、35.84%(P<0.05)、19.75%(P<0.05)、12.74%(P<0.05)。试验组2与对照组相比,日增重、采食量分别提高了6.76%(P>0.05)、2.22%(P>0.05),料重比降低了4.26%(P<0.05),每千克增重饲料成本降低10.50%;总蛋白和GH分别提高了13.76%(P<0.05)、24.69%(P<0.05),血糖、GPT、胰岛素略有上升,但差异不显著;血钙、血磷、尿素氮和GOT分别下降了7.45%(P>0.05)、12.50%(P<0.05)、14.26%(P<0.05)和37.14%(P<0.05),内脏相对重量无显著性变化(P>0.05)。在高次粉日粮中添加N SP酶显著改善了仔猪生长性能,日增重、采食量分别提高了15.26%(P<0.05)、5.34%(P<0.05),料重比下降了8.54%(P<0.05);仔猪胃、胰脏、小肠的相对重量分别降低了8.54%(P<0.05)、11.11%(P<0.05)和8.47%(P<0.05),肝脏的相对重量提高了14.87%(P<0.01),对心脏和肾脏的相对重量无显著影响(P>0.05);同时,血液中的血糖、总蛋白、GH和胰岛素的含量升高了13.28%(P<0.05)、28.52%(P<0.05)、55.38%(P<0.05)、21.19%(P<0.05),GPT虽有所上升,但差异不显著(P>0.05);血钙、血磷、尿素氮、GOT分别下降了4.49%(P>0.05)、10.85%(P<0.05)、17.45%(P<0.05)、2.03%(P>0.05)。
72 piglets weighed about 18kg of three-line crossbred (Duroc X Landrace X Yorkshire) were randomly allotted to three dietary treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 8 piglets per replicate according to the requirement of experiment. The piglets in 3 dietary treatments were respectively reared on corn-based diet (control group),high wheat-middlings diet (test group 1) and wheat-middlings diet supplemented with 0. 15% NSP enzymes(test group 2). The results showed that wheat middlings decreased average daily gain(ADG) and average daily feed intake (ADFI)(P〉0.05), the expenditure of feed per gain increased by 3.50%. Weight of pigs' liver decreased by 11.36% (P〈0.05), and relative weight of stomach, small intestine and pancreas increased by 10. 81%(P〈0. 05), 8.26%(P〈0.05), 5.88%(P〈0.05) respectively, no significant differences in heart and kidney were found between test group 1 and control group. There were no significant effects on calcium (Ca), phosphorous (P), urea nitrogen (UN) and GPT in blood, but glucose, total protein, GOT, growth hormone (GH) and insulin in blood were decreased (P〈0.05). Compared to control group, ADG and ADFI increased by 6.76% (P〉 0. 05),2.22%(P〉0. 05) in test group 2 respectively, feed/gain decreased by 4.26% (P〈0. 05), feed cost per gain decreased by 10. 50%; total protein and GH increased by 13. 76%(P〈0. 05), 4. 69%(P〈0. 05),and glucose, GPT and insulin increased insignificantly, while Ca, P, UN and GOT in blood decreased by 7.45 % (P〉0.05), 12. 5% (P(0.05), 14.26% (P 〈 0. 05), 37. 14% (P〈0. 05);No definite variation were found in the relative weight of viscera . Wheat-middlings treatment supplemented with NSP enzymes improved growth of piglets, ADG and ADFI increased by 15.26%(P(0.05) and 5. 34%(P〈0. 05) respectively, Feed/Gain fell by 8. 54%(P〈0. 05); relative weight of stomach, pancreas, and small intestine fell by 8. 54%(P〈0. 05),11. 11% (P〈0. 05) and 8.47%(P〈0. 05), the relative weight of liver increased by 14. 87% (P(0. 05), no significant effects on the relative weight of heart and kidney were found(P〉0.05) ; In test group 2, glucose, total protein, GH and insulin in blood increased by 13.28% (P〈0. 05),55.38% (P〈0.05) and 21.29% (P〈0.05) respectively, compared to test group 1, GPT increased insignificantly(P〉0. 05), Ca, P, UN and GOT decreased by 4.49% (P〈0.05), 10.85%(P〈0.05), 17.45% (P〈0.05) and 2.03% (P〉0. 05) respectively.
