The whole optimized simulation of the production schemes for aromatics serial separation plants

摘要 利用化工模拟软件,打破装置界区限制,从混合芳烃原料出发。以最终芳烃产品为目标,对现有的重整车间芳烃分离装置、特种溶剂油车间的重芳烃分离装置,以及苯酐车间的邻二甲苯分离装置进行多方案全流程模拟、并调整设备及流程顺序,进行整体优化,推出节能流程,在投资很小的情况下,降低能耗40%以上,取得了可观的经济效益。 With the improvement of technologies and the development of new products, the petro-chemical production plants have been enlarged in deferent stages and the new production technologies have also been innovated gradually. Sets of large-scale production processes have been formed in the production history. But now, to some extent, the existing production technologies dont quite fit the requirements of modem production. In this article, by using the chemical simulated software and with multi-production schemes, we wholly simulated the existing aromatics separation plants and o-dimethyl benzene separation plants to adjust the equipments and the technological process order so as to obtain the optimum technological process with small investments and saving the energy by more than 40%.
