摘要
价值工程(VE)是从合理利用资源发展起来的一门软科学技术,是一种提升产品价值的有效方法。通过对运用价值工程原理进行建筑节能设计的必要性、可行性、合理性进行分析;阐述了建筑节能投资和建筑节能使用费用、寿命期成本三者之间辩证的对立统一关系;结合案例对普通建筑和节能建筑的围护结构价值(即功能和费用匹配)进行对比,提出实现围护结构节能的途径。进而运用价值工程进行整个建筑节能设计。
Value engineering is a kind of soft science developed from how to make full use of the resources, and it is an effective way to advance the value of products. It is analysed that the necessity, feasibility and rationality of adapting VE principles to the design of energy conservation in building. It is also illustrated the dialectical relationship among the investment on energy conservation in building, the expenses of making use of it and its life cycle cost. Comparing the value of space enclosing structure of common building with that of energy conservation in building (F/C) by analyzing some cases, it is finally put forward some effective ways to implement energy conservation in building, so as to apply VE principle to design energy conservation in building.
