摘要
目的:采用外伤大骨瓣开颅术冶疗单侧额颞部重型颅脑损伤病人。方法应用外伤大骨瓣开颅术清除颅内血肿、挫灭脑组织和进行内、外减压术。结果78例病人中:良好27例,中残15例,重残9例,植物生存6例,死亡21例。结论外伤大骨瓣开颅术对救治单侧额颞部重型颅脑损伤病者有确切疗效,能显著减少并发症。
Objective Apply large trauma cranietomy to treat severe frontotemporal craniocerebral injury. Methods Clean intracranial hematoma and bad brain tissue to reduce intracranial pressure. Results In 78 patients, 27 cases had good recovery, 15 cases suffered moderated disability, 9 cases were severely disabled, 6 cases were living vegetatively, 21 cases were died. Conclusions There is a definite result in applying large trauma cranietomy to treat severe frontotemporal craniocerebral injury ,and the operation can greatly reduce complications.
