摘要
罪犯权利因实现刑法目的和保护公民合法权益的需要,以及经济条件的制约和罪犯人身自由被剥夺而受到法律的限制。但是,罪犯是人,又具有公民资格,所以其所享有的权利应该得到法律的保护。根据目前我国对罪犯权利保护的现状,还需要通过培养公民的人权意识,不断完善立法、司法保护,推进监狱改革,大力发展经济等措施,进一步加强对罪犯权利的保护。
The offenders＇ rights are restricted by law for the purpose of achieving the legitimatised rights and protection of the citizen interests, as well as economic condition and criminal liberty deprived by law. However, the criminals are humans, and have citizenship, so they should enjoy the legal protection. Under the current situation on the protection of the rights of criminals in China, we shouht foster civil awareness of human fights and improve legislation and promote prison reform, and the vigorous development economy to further strengthen the protection of the rights of offenders.
