摘要
土地发展权是指所有权人将自己拥有的土地变更现有用途而获利的权利。农地征用补偿除了支付农地所有者传统的土地所有权价格之外,还应该对土地发展权给予补偿。此外,由于当前我国农地对于农民还具有很强的社会保障和失业保险功能,这决定了我国农地征用补偿必须有更宽广的边界。
The right of landdevelopment refers to the right of owners to gain benefits by changing the use of land. Farm Land compensation refers to the compensation for the right of land development as well as the tradifical price of land own rights. The social security and unemployment security functions of Chinese farm land determine the broader range of compensation.
