摘要
运用新制度经济学路径依赖理论系统分析我国小城镇战略的选择、形成历程及其不断强化的内在逻辑,可知小城镇道路只是我国在特殊情况下不得已的临时选择。然而以小城镇为特色的城市化道路一经形成,便走上一条遵循自身演化逻辑的道路。虽然当初的诸多因素已有所改变,但由于对原有路径的依赖,小城镇道路最终上升为国家战略,演化过程中很多问题值得我们反思。
Focusing on briefing the changes and analysing the law of selection and strengthening of the urbanization model in China that emphasized in developing small cities and towns, the paper argues that the temporal choice of the model in the special conditions develops into the state strategy due to the path dependence, though there has been some changes in the conditions since then. We must rethink the urbanization model and get some new ideas on the policy-making from the process.
