摘要
我院自1985年1月～1995年1月共进行各类胸部手术700余例,共发生术后出血8例(发生率约1%)。结果6例经再次手术止血成功,2例经保守治疗死亡。文中就胸部术后出血的原因,再次开胸止血手术指征及其它治疗措施进行讨论。认为对胸部术后出血病人式,原则上应及早再次开胸止血,均能取得满意的结果。而过长间保守治疗观察则往往导致再次手术机会的丧失,造成病人死亡。
Different thoracic operation was performed on 700 patients from Jan.1985 to Jan.1995 in our hospital. Postoperative bleeding occurred in 8 causes (morbidity 1%).Six cases survived undergoing re-operation and two cases died undergoing nonoperation.The authers considered that early surgical intervention was necessary in severe postoperative bleeding case after thoracic oper- ation and good results were obtained.Disscution was made in re-operation indications for postoperatve bleeding after thoracic operation.
