新型高压水压数字溢流阀的PLC控制及其特性 被引量:2

摘要 数字溢流阀采用PLC控制,可以改善控制性能,提高开启率和闭合率,并可以方便地与计算机控制系统相连接.在此主要介绍了PLC控制数字溢流阀的基本方法,包括控制原理、驱动接口和软件控制逻辑,对数字溢流阀进行了计算机仿真和实验分析,并与一般的直动式溢流阀和先导式溢流阀相比较.结果表明,数字溢流阀的系统压力超调量、开启率、闭合率、动态响应时间等都比先导式溢流阀的好,调压范围比直动式溢流阀大. Digital relief valve with PLC control can improve control performance, enhance valve on/off rate, and can easily be used to link up with computer control system. The basic method for PLC control of digital relief valve was emphatically introduced here, including control principle, driving interface, and control logic of software. Finally, it was shown by computer simulation and experiment that, compared with direct-acting or pilot relief valves, this digital relief valve possessed better performances with respect to its overshoot of system pressure, on/off rate, and dynamic response time. It's rang of adjust pressure is larged with that of direct-acting relief valve.
