改性沥青存储稳定性试验方法与指标 被引量:8

摘要 已有的聚合物改性沥青离析试验,不能合理地模拟改性沥青稳定性发生改变的过程,且评价指标误差较大.基于此,研发了MLAST(modified laboratory asphalt stability test)试验仪.该试验仪可真实地模拟改性沥青的存储及运输过程.采用动力剪切流变试验方法,测定复数模量和相位角,给出评价改性沥青存储稳定性的指标———离析率的计算公式.结果表明,该指标精度高,能较好地评价改性沥青的存储稳定性. The present test "Polymers Modified Asphalt Separation Test" can not reasonably reflect the change process of the storage stability. Therefore, a new storage stability test apparatus, Modified Laboratory Asphalt Stability Test, is developed to simulate the storage and transportation process of modified asphalt and improve the reliability of test results. With the help of Dynamic Shear Rheometer test, G^* and δ are determined. Then a new index Rs(ratio of separation) has been brought forward to evaluate the SBS modified asphalt storage stability. The results indicate this means can better evaluate the storage stability of modified asphalt.
