摘要
应用放射性同位素（４５ＣａＣＯ３）方法研究健康豚鼠和链霉素肌注豚鼠球囊、椭圆囊耳石膜、锤骨和股骨在不同时间内对４５Ｃａ吸收水平的动态变化，了解链霉素对耳石膜钙含量的影响，以探讨链霉素前庭中毒的机理。研究结果说明耳石膜的钙是在不断更新的，它与骨组织一样都是动态结构。球囊与椭圆囊耳石膜４５Ｃａ吸收水平有差别，推测内淋巴中Ｃａ２＋含量会有差别，其内淋巴内环境也可能会有差别。链霉素使球囊和椭圆囊耳石膜吸收４５Ｃａ的能力下降，引起耳石膜钙代谢的紊乱，耳石钙含量下降，还可能引起耳石器内淋巴内环境发生改变，导致耳石器功能发生障碍，此可能是链霉素引起前庭中毒的机理之一。
CaCO3wasinjectedintoguineapigs,andtheradioactivityinotolithicmembranesofutriculiandsacculi,auditoryossiclesandfemorawasdeterminedbyliquidscintilationspectrometry,tostudythedynamicefectofstreptomycinoncalciumcontentofotolithicmembranes,asameanstoexplorethemechanismofstreptomycinototoxicity.Theresultsshowedthatotoconiumwasadynam-icstructurewhichtookup45Cainatimecoursegeneralycomparabletothatofbone.Saccularotolithicmembranesshowedgreaterintakethanutricularmembranes.Thecalciumionconcentrationofsaccularendolymphwasgreaterthanthatoftheutriculusandthetwomaculaswerenotidentical.Streptomycinmayinfluence45Cauptakeinthetwomacularotolithicmembranes,causescalciummetabolicdisorderandafalofotolithiccalciumcontent.Itispossiblethatthefluidenvironmentsoftheendolymphhavechanged,thereforedysfunctionofotolithicorganmayoccur.Thishypothesismaybeoneoftheexplanationofthemechanismofstreptomycinototoxicity.
