摘要
介绍了税收筹划的概念和企业改制重组中税务筹划的意义,分析了改制重组中税务筹划的可能性,提出了企业改制重组中进行税务筹划的措施及应注意的几个问题。
This paper introduces the concept of the tax planning and the significance of the tax planning in enterprise＇s system-reform and recombination, analyzes on the possibility of the tax planning in enterprise＇s system-reform and recombination, and puts forward some measures for and some problems needing attention in making the tax planning in enterprise＇ s system-reform and recombination.
