摘要
目的:探讨不同视觉刺激对男性海洛因依赖者(MPHD)P300的影响。方法:检测38例MPHD和14例健康对照前额区(Fz)、中央区(Cz)及顶区(Pz)视觉P300。结果:不同视觉刺激使得MPHD在Fz,Cz及Pz点的P300潜伏期变化幅度小于健康对照(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:MPHD存在皮质功能的紊乱,注意力呈现一定的偏好性,反应控制能力下降。
Odjective:To explore the effect of different visual stimuli on P300 in male patients with heroin dependence(MPHD).Methods.Thirty-eight MPHD and 14 healthy controls were examined on the visual cognitive potential P300 at forehead zone(Fz),central zone(Cz)and parietal zone(Pz)with neuroscan event related potential apparatus.Results:MPHD showed significant lower P300 latency change scope in response to animal related pictures compared with drug related pictures at Fz,Cz and Pz zones than healthy controls(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01).Conclusion:MPHD suffer from cortex dysfunction presenting as attention bias and their executive control capacity have decreased.
