摘要
提出了多波长数据线性双组合法计算解析苯酚和间苯二酚混合物的同步荧光光谱,考察了△λ=λ_(em)-λ_(ex),pH,光路中光照时间对二种酚的荧光强度影响,建立了同时测定混合物中苯酚和间苯二酚的新方法。用于复方雷琐辛涂剂中苯酚与间苯二酚的同时测定,平均回收率分别为:苯酚98.5%±1.4%;间苯二酚98.8%±1.3%。
The computational analysis of synchronous fluoresce nce spect ra of p henol andresorcinol by multiwavelength data linear dual combination has been proposed.The effect of △λ,solution pH and lighting time with Xe lamp on fluorescence intensity of phenol and resorcinol wasexan1ined,and a new analytical method for simultaneous detennination of phenol and resorcinol intheir mixed sample was established.The proposed method has been used to deten11ine phenol andresorcinol in their compound pharmaceutical preparations with recoveries of 98.5%±1.4 % and98.8% ± 1.3%,respectively。
