摘要
针对凝析油存在的脱盐温度低、注水量大、混合强度大和油水易乳化的特点,通过实验室凝析油电脱盐的工艺研究,确定了凝析油合适的工艺条件,并开发了新型鼠茏式电脱盐成套设备,通过增大凝析油在强电场的停留时间和加大强电场的电场强度来保证脱盐效率。新型鼠茏式凝析油电脱盐装置的运行结果表明:脱后含盐基本在3mg/L以下,脱后平均含盐为2.3mg/L,含水为痕量,脱盐达标率达到90%以上。
As the electric desalting of oil condensate requires low desalting temperature, larger water injection, intensified mixing and oil and water are susceptible to emulsification, the laboratory experiments have been conducted to determine the proper process conditions and a new squirrel type desalter equipment has been developed. The desalting rate has been ensured by longer residence time of condensate in the strong intensified electric field. The operation of the new squirrel type electric desalter shows that the salt in the desalted oil is lower than 3 rag/L, and the average salt in the desalted oil is 2.3 mg/L. The oil contains trace water and desalting rate is over 90%.
