摘要
介绍了基于数字图像处理技术的螺纹非接触式测量方法,数字图像处理包括图像的平滑、边缘检测、二值化及轮廓提取,通过对螺纹轮廓的分析、测量得出螺纹的几何参数。探讨了利用数字图像处理技术对螺纹进行几何参数测量的方法,并给出了测量后的尺寸结果。从理论上和实践上证明了该方法的可行性和正确性。
A contactless detection system for the thread with digital processing technology was presented. The digital process includes filter, edge detection, binary image production and contour hunting. By analyzing the processed image, the geometrical parameter could be calculated. Sizes of a thread detected by suggested method were given,and the feasibility and correctness of the method were validated theoretically and practically.
