摘要
提出了一种利用活齿传动来实现啮合式机械无级变速的结构。并利用啮合理论推导了此种传动的变速原理。利用共轭齿廓的啮合理论对内齿轮进行了齿形分析。在满足传动平稳性的前提下,给出了实用的内齿轮齿廓曲线。
Proposes a new gearing infinitely variable speeds mechanism which used sliding tooth gear drive. The variable speeds theory of the transmission is deduced by using meshing theory. Analyses the internal gear tooth profile by using conjugate outline' s meshing theory. At the base of fitting drive ratio' s fluctuation, an applied tooth profile of internal gear was given.
