采掘机械截割部加载试验是产品出厂检验必不可少的一个环节。加载装置按布置方式有开式和闭式2种,按能量的转换方式有能量反馈式和能量消耗式2种;对加载方式和被测件布置方式分别进行比较,分析了各自存在的优缺点。
Loading test is one of the most essential links during delivery tests of shearer and roadheader gearhead. Compares the loading and the tested gearhead arrangment ways, analyses their advantage and weakness each other.
