根据实际监理工作中体会,阐述工程监理工作的作用和存在问题,提出如何将目前工程监理工作推向一个更高的发展层次。
Based on the practical experience, this paper introduces the function and the existing vipion in engineering supervision, also provides the method about how to develop the current engineering supervision to a higher level.
