摘要
近年来,中文Web资源迅速增长,它们是中华文化遗产的一部分,理应得到保存。该文评述Web资源及其保存现状,揭示中文Web资源保存面临的几个主要问题:中文Web空间的划定问题、著作权问题、资金问题、组织与管理机制、中文Web档案馆建设等,并提出笔者的一些意见与思考。
With the rapid development of network technology, Web resources increasingly turn into an important part of human cultural heritage. In recent years, Chinese Web resources have been growing up quickly, which should be properly preserved as an indispensable part of Chinese cultural heritage. In this article, the author introduces the status on the preservation of Chinese Web resources. Then some major challenges on preserving Chinese Web resources have been put forward, such as defining Chinese Web space, copyright, funds, organizational and managerial mechanism, and creating Chinese Web Archives
