摘要
目的:探讨自拟中药合剂对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的实验性降血糖作用。方法:用四氧嘧啶复制小鼠糖尿病模型,对模型小鼠灌服自拟的中药合剂,以小鼠血清中血糖为指标进行降血糖的实验性研究。结果:灌服中药合剂后,高血糖模型小鼠血糖明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:对实验性高血糖小鼠,该中药合剂有明显的降血糖作用。
Objective： To investigate the effects of decreasing blood glucose by Chinese traditional medicine mixt for experiment diabetes mice made by alloxan. Methods： To Copy an experimental model of the diabetes mice by using alloxan. Then, drench the model mice a home-made Chinese traditional medicine mixt. Last, the levels of mice＇s serum blood glucose were determined as index. Results： After drenching Chinese traditional medicine mixt, the average levels of blood glucose in experiment mice （n=20）had been decreased obviously. It had a significance difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Chinese traditional medicine mixt has obvious effect on decreasing blood glucose of the diabetes mice.
