摘要
目的:评价国产封堵器治疗膜部室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)的临床疗效。方法:24例膜部VSD患者,超声测量VSD直径3-10 mm,左室造影测量VSD直径3-11(7.6±1．9)mm,选用Judkins右冠状动脉导管和Terumo导丝,通过室间隔建立轨道,用国产膜部室间隔封堵器行封堵治疗。结果:23例封堵治疗成功,1例因发生Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞放弃治疗,2例术后有微量残余分流,6个月后复查超声心动图示1例有微量残余分流,无封堵器脱落及其他并发症。结论:应用国产封堵器治疗膜部VSD操作简便,疗效可靠安全,远期疗效需长期临床观察。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of domestic occluder for transcatheter perimembranous ventricular septal defects （VSD） occlusion Methods：24 cases of perimembranous VSD were studied, the size of the VSD was 3-10mm in UCG, the diameter of VSD ranged was from 3 to 11 （7. 6 ± 1. 9）mm in left ventricular angiographies. Crossing the VSD from the left ventricular side with a Terumo wire using a Judkins right coronary catheter, the wire was snared and pulled out to the femoral vein. Results：The occludes were successfully deployed in 23 patients, Trivial residual shunt was found by left ventricular angiographies immediately after occlusion in 2 patients, only one case had trivial residual shunt after 6 month follow-up. There were no detached device,embolism or other complications. Conclusion：Transcatheter method of perimembranous occlusion using domestic VSD occluder is safe and effective, long term outcome remains to be investigated.
