摘要
核桃(Walnut)是我国具有几千年栽,培历史的传统经济作物,近几年在种植、生产、加工、出口等方面,具有稳定发展的趋势。根据有关文献表明,核桃在我国作为保健食品由来已久,核桃乃“食药同源”,我国古代医书《本草纲目》、《食疗本草》等文献记载,核桃性味甘温,为滋补强壮品。
Walnut is a traditional economic crop with thousands of growth history in our country. Last years it tends to develop steadily in planting, producing, processing, exporting etc. In our country the walnut has many nutrient contents, so it has lots of benefits for human health.
