呼吸机相关性肺炎相关因素分析及护理对策 被引量：22

摘要 [目的]探讨ICU病房中使用呼吸机机械通气病人呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的相关因素及护理对策。[方法]回顾性分析2004年12月—2005年2月使用呼吸机45例病人资料。[结果]年龄、营养状况、与呼吸机进行机械通气的连接方式、上机时间、频繁吸痰、雾化吸入等与VAP的发生相关。[结论]加强ICU全方位管理,严格无菌技术和消毒隔离,病人尽量采用半卧位,减少不必要的吸痰和雾化吸入等危险因素,是降低VAP发生行之有效的措施。
