摘要
分析虚拟样机技术的主要特点及其用于水压机分配器设计的优点,阐述水压机分配器的设计原理,详细介绍了利用SolidWorks设计分配器的过程,其中包括虚拟样机的三维建模、虚拟装配、图形渲染、干涉检查、二维工程图的转换等。结果表明,应用虚拟样机技术可以提高水压机分配器的设计效率及质量。
Concept and key characteristics of virtual prototyping technology and the advantage of using it to design the dispatcher of hydraulic die press are described. The design principle based on SolidWorks is analyzed, including its three-dimensional modeling, virtual assembly, image rendering, interference detection and two-dimensional engineering-drawing conversion. The result shows that development efficiency and quality of dispatcher of Hydraulic Machine is increased with virtual prototyping technology.
