摘要
离心泵是重要的化工设备,在化工生产中有广泛的应用,而离心泵的汽蚀是其使用和维护中的一个常见问题。本文介绍了与汽蚀相关的两个主要概念,装置汽蚀余量(NPSHa)和必需汽蚀余量(NPSHr)。对应于吸上装置和倒灌装置,分别给出了装置汽蚀余量的计算方法,指出了装置汽蚀余量应留有安全余量S。最后提出了实际生产中防止汽蚀的措施,如降低泵的安装高度,减小吸入管道的阻力和增加升压泵等。其中前两种方法实施方便,是推荐采用的方法。
Centrifugal pump is the important chemical engineering equipment. The problem of its cavitation is met frequently. This paper introduced the concept of the NPSHa and NPSHr, and the calcutating method of the NPSHa. To avoid the cavitation, some methods were suggested, such as installing the pump at a low level, reducing the flow resistance, and adding an increasing pressure pump.
