摘要
从大量营养元素氮、磷、钾、钙、镁及硫对青花菜、花椰菜等花菜在花芽分化、花球发育等生理过程的影响,探讨花菜类蔬菜花球形成所受到的营养调控,便于合理运用营养调控技术进行花菜类蔬菜优质、高效生产。
The effects of some maeroelements, such as nitrogen(N), phosphorus(P), potassium(K), calcium(Ca), magnesium(Mg) and sulfur (S), on flower bud formation, eurd development and other physiological process during eurd formation are discussed in flower vegetables sueh as cauliflower(Brassiea oleraeea Linn. var. botrytis Linn), broecoli(Brassiea oleraeea Linn. var. italica Plenck) and so on. The mechanism of nutrient regulation in this period is also discussed, and the authors pointed out how to use the technology of nutrient regulation to get good quality and high yield.
