摘要
本文参考价值工程有关理论,结合目前安全管理存在的一些问题,提出构建安全价值工程理论的想法,并对安全价值工程理论的一些基本概念、定义和主要内容进行了一些有益的探讨。这些想法和探讨,可以为安全生产管理工作提供一条新的角度和参考思路,具有一定的理论和实践参考价值。
Considering the present problems in the safety management, the author refers the value engineering theory and suggests the design of safety value engineering theory. The paper discusses some basic concepts, definitions and main contents, these ideas and discussion can give a new way for safety management. It has certainly referential value in the theory and practice.
