摘要
随着经济的发展,我国生产安全问题越来越受到人们的重视。本文从生命经济价值理论出发,分析了当前我国生产安全事故多发的内在原因并提出了相应的政策建议。生命是有经济价值的,同时生命的经济价值是可以衡量的。我国现在的生产安全水平较低的主要原因是工人的生命价值较低而且发展不平衡。由于企业对伤亡员工的生命经济价值的补偿占企业因生产安全事故产生的经济损失的主要部分,员工生命价值的提高会促使企业增加对预防安全事故的经济投入,从而提高企业的安全生产水平。
The paper analyzes the internal reason of production accident in our country based on economic value of life and brings out the corresponding solutions. The life has been value and can be measureed in the meantime. The main reason of low safety level in our country is that worker＇ s valuation of life is low and unbalance. The increase of production - safety is closely related with and depends on valuation of workers＇ life.
