摘要
目的观察中西医结合治疗经腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法行腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症患者75例,随机分成2组。治疗组36例,术后口服孕三烯酮25 mg,每周2次,疗程6个月,同时加用活血化瘀、消疒徵散结中药治疗3个月。对照组39例,除不口服中药外,余同治疗组。2组观察随访3年,比较累计复发率及妊娠率。结果治疗组3年累计复发率13.89%(5/36),对照组为28.21%(11/39),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组不孕患者妊娠率为76.92%(10/13),对照组为53.33%(8/15),2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组和对照组轻型与重型比较3年累计复发率和妊娠率均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗经腹腔镜保守术后子宫内膜异位症患者效果优于单纯西医治疗。
Objective To observe the effect of combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine on the treatment of endometriosis post - operation. Method 75 cases with endometriosis post - operation were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group （ n = 80） were treated only by routine therapy （gestrinone, twice a week）.And patients in treatment group （ n = 36） were treated by combination of Traditional Chinese Mdicine （that is a decoction with promoting blood flow） and Western Medicine. The effect were observed before and after treatment in both groups for 3 months. Result The accumulative total recurrence rate in treatment group （13.89%） was lower than that in control group （28.21%, P 〈 0.05）. The pregnancy rate in treatment group （76.92%） was higher than that in eontrol group （53.33%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine was more effective on the treatment of endometriasis post - operation.
