摘要
货叉作为叉车中的重要安全件,对其设计、选材、制造都应十分慎重。本文通过对近年来国外货叉选材变化,对其材料机械性能、组织进行了分析。认为在保证零件安全系数的基础上,适度降低碳含量,有利于提高零件危险截面处的可焊性、提高货叉的冷脆转化温度,从而提高货叉的使用安全性。
As a important safty part of the forklift truck, Forks are designed , selected material and made very cautiously. The paper analyzes mechanical performance and structure of forks material by the change of forks material choice overseas these years. Gives out the development of the material choice for forks is to reducing carbon reasonably to improve the security of the forks.
