摘要
通过80个拔出试验,探讨了变形钢筋与高强陶粒混凝土的粘结锚固强度,并与普通混凝土和低强度陶粒混凝土的试验结果进行了比较。试验结果表明:试验采用的各种高强陶粒混凝土与变形钢筋的极限粘结强度均要优于同强度等级普通混凝土,砂浆强度比混凝土强度对粘结强度的影响要大。根据试验结果,分别给出了高强页岩陶粒混凝土和粘土陶粒混凝土与变形钢筋极限粘结强度的经验表达式。
In this paper,the bond strength between high-strength lightweight concrete and deformed bar was studied with 80 axial pull -out tests. Compared with normal weight concrete and lower strength lightweight aggregate concrete, the test results indicated that, with the same compressive strength, the high-strength lightweight concrete can provide a higher bond strength, which is due to that the high-strength lightweight concrete has a higher mortar strength than the normal weight concrete with the same concrete strength. So it is shown that the mortar strength is a more important factor than concrete strength in affecting the bond strength. Based on the experimental results, an empirical expression to predict bond strength between high-strength lightweight concrete and deformed bar is presented.
