摘要
采用透明玻璃管构造了匹配各种运行情况下安全阀内流道的结构,观测了阀前CO2状态对固体CO2形成和堵塞位置的影响;采用针阀代替安全阀,实验研究了安全阀进口干度、阀开度对安全阀及下游管路中流动堵塞的影响.实验表明:排放蒸气和排放液体同样容易发生堵塞和冻结现象,只是前者在阀内,而后者在阀后管道中;阀开度小时堵塞在阀内,开度大时堵塞在阀后管道中.为了保证安全阀的正常有效运行,建议安全阀出口的管路直径不宜太大,而且应避免向上排放和截面的多次突变.当排放CO2蒸气时应安装消除静电的设施.
The possible formation and blockage of the solid phase is unique for CO2 safety valves. To experimentally investigate it, needle valves and transparent glass tubes with flow channels similar to that of safety valves were used instead of the safety valve. The flow in the glass tube was observed, and the influence of the vapor quality of releasing fluid and the opening of the valve was experimentally investigated. According to the experimental results, both release of vapor and liquid COz can cause blockage and freezing, but the former is in the safety valve, while the latter in the downstream pipeline. In order to guarantee the normal and effective operation of C02 safety valve, it is recommended that the outlet pipeline should not have a too large diameter, and upward flow and twice enlargements of cross section should be avoided. Because of high back pressure, back pressure balanced safety valves are recommended. When vapor is released, device to discharge the stationary electricity is needed.
