摘要
mRNA结构与mRNA稳定性关系密切,mRNA稳定性与基因表达调控之间也有着紧密的联系。现从mRNA结构中所含的5'端帽结构、3'端poly(A)尾、5'非翻译区、3'非翻译区、编码区、富AU元件等方面综述了mRNA结构与mRNA稳定性之间的关系,为深入了解基因表达调控的分子机制提供理论基础。
mRNA structure is closely correlated with mRNA stability which is involved in the regulation of gene expression. To better understand the molecular mechanisms of gene expression, the relationship between mRNA structure, including 5＇ cap structure, 3＇ poly（A） tail, 5＇ untranslated region et al., and mRNA stability was reviewed in this work.
