摘要
新型工业化是建立在服务业尤其是现代服务业高度发达基础之上的现代经济。我国服务业不发达,制约了经济增长方式的转变和经济结构的优化升级。“十一五”时期,要把服务业发展放在优先位置,抓住品牌、资本、技术和公共服务等环节,推动服务业特别是现代服务业持续快速健康发展,形成以服务经济为主的产业结构。
Newfashioned industrialization is modem economy based on service industry especially deleloped service industry. In our country,the undeveloped service industry restricts the transit of economic growth mode and the upgrade of economic structure. At the ＂eleventh fiveyears＂ period, we should preferentially develop service industry and grapple trademark,capital,techonology and community services,promote the development of the service industry especially deleloped service industry and the figuration of the industrial structure based on service economy.
