摘要
采用低水分熄焦工艺对原熄焦系统进行了改造,解决了焦炭水分波动大、难以控制等问题。改造后,焦炭水分能够控制在较低水平且稳定性显著提高,焦炭粒级分布明显改善,取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益。
The original quenching system is reformed with low -moisture quenching technology, the problem of coke＇ s moisture being unsteady and difficult to control solved. After reformation the moisture in coke is controlled within a lower level and obviously steadier, grain of coke improved, better social and economic profit got.
